YOUR OWN WINERY STARTING FROM 1 HEKTAR

CROSS COMPANY USE OF MACHINERY MAKES IT POSSIBLE

A certain minimum size is required for professional devices in wine production. For example, a wine press with investment costs of up to 100 000 euros can process one hectare of vines or about 5 to 10 000 bottles within 3 hours. The machine is not used for the rest of the year.

A tractor – no matter how small – has acquisition costs of around 50 to 100 000 euros and is used around 30 to 40 working hours a year per hectare of vines. The machine is therefore not used for 51 of the 52 weeks a year.

The above data mean that in the production of grapes and in the production of wine, machines and personnel should be used through cross-company use.

We offer you this possibility with our AX project.
